Services include but are not limited to:

• communication via email or phone whenever you need us

• budget tracking and planning

• vendor research based on your style, booking and coordination

• initial sit down to get to know you + your partner

• design meeting to discuss color palettes, flowers, and overall feel of the wedding

• planning overview/checklist based on amount of time until wedding

• venue touring (maximum of 5 tours)

• menu and drink planning

• fee negotiation and reminders to pay your vendors

• arrangement of rentals such as tents, chairs, linens, etc.

• organizing little details such as: easels for signs, creating place cards, deciding what color napkin to use, making sure your ring bearer doesn’t lose the rings, etc.

• communication with vendors throughout the whole process - initial meetings, contract negotiations, touching base a few months in advance, solidifying exact arrival times and details two weeks in advance, management on the wedding day

• building a wedding day timeline and separate schedule for bridal parties

• ceremony and reception layout (seating charts, table layouts, signage, decor)

• wedding rehearsal management (includes two hours)

• coordination on the wedding day including: set up of decor, programs, linens, etc.

• retrieval of gifts, cards, personal decor and items at the end of the night

• managing the actual wedding (making sure the timeline is followed and handling any last minute issues if any)

• add-on services: management of send-off brunch, distribution of welcome gifts for out of town guests
