Day-of Coordination
If you have the wedding planning handled but want someone onsite the day-of to make sure everything runs smoothly, this is the package for you. I cannot stress enough how important it is to be present on your special day, and having us there to worry about the logistics and smaller issues lets you do just that.
Day-of Coordination Services
Services include but are not limited to:
communication via email or phone whenever you need us
initial sit down to get to know you + your partner (we can do this at any stage in the planning process, even right after your engagement or a month in advance)
building a wedding day timeline and separate schedule for bridal parties
communication with vendors two weeks in advance solidifying arrival times and details; management of vendors on day-of
ceremony and reception layout (seating charts, table layouts, signage, decor)
coordination on the wedding day including: set up of decor, programs, linens, etc.
retrieval of gifts, cards, personal decor and items at the end of the night
managing of the actual wedding (making sure the timeline is followed and handling any last minute issues if any)
optional services: management of rehearsal dinner, management of send-off brunch, distribution of welcome gifts for out of town guests
